I’ve never counted calories before. In fact, I had no idea how many calories I was supposed to consume in one day. I also didn’t know how quickly calories add up. Last weekend while talking to the Mrs. Idaho America trainer, I was introduced to a free app for my iPhone called “Lose It!” This app makes it quite easy to track your food intake (even has popular restaurant menus on there to make finding the foods easy) and to track your different types of workout to see how many calories you are working off.
